Cleaning Team Lead
Lead a small crew, run quality inspections, and support new cleaners.
About this role
Team leads run multi-cleaner jobs, complete quality inspections, coach newer team members, and act as the on-site point of contact. Prior professional cleaning experience is required for this role.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Comfortable using a phone app for schedules, checklists and job photos.
Physical requirements
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing stairs, and moving cleaning equipment for extended periods. Some assignments may require lifting or carrying supplies.
